Installation is the responsibility of the contractor or installer. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products.
• Accuracy of Dimensions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are accurate before placing an order.

8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a confirmation or begin production of your custom piece(s).
• Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production has started.

• No Refunds: Once an order is placed, confirmed, and production has begun, we do not offer refunds or returns for custom items.
